Ashley has over five years experience representing clients in probate matters, guardianships, claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income, and general civil litigation. She also has experience defending governmental entities and employees against civil liability. Ashley has represented clients in state and federal court, administrative hearings and appellate proceedings.


Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, where she was selected to participate in the Elizabeth Somers Women's Leadership Program. After obtaining her B.A., Ashley returned to Tennessee for law school. She obtained her J.D., with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, Ashley received awards for her achievements in public interest law and her participation in moot court competitions.


  • Ashley is admitted to practice in Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

  • Ashley and her husband live in east Tennessee. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time outdoors.
