Janice is a seasoned attorney with more than 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and health care industry. For over three years, she has exclusively represented long-term care providers nationwide providing counseling in a wide range of issues from federal reimbursement programs to general business compliance. Prior to that, Janice practiced in complex commercial litigation with a focus on pharmaceutical product liability, antitrust, and intellectual property issues. Janice is dedicated to helping clients address their legal and business concerns in a practical, effective and efficient manner.


  • Janice graduated from Rutgers University - Camden in 2002 with High Honors (Top 5%) where she served as an Executive Board Member and Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal, as well as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, U.S.D.J. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey.

  • Following law school, Janice served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Stanley S. Brotman, U.S.D.J. in the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Janice is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Montana.
