Megan is joining Burgeon with over ten years experience in civil litigation and advocacy. She spent the last seven years working as a government attorney with the New York City Human Resources Administration representing the City in a countless number of cases to obtain reimbursement of support benefits. Megan respects the human element behind each unique case and her expertise in facilitating a cooperative and collaborative environment provide successful outcomes for her clients.

  • Megan obtained her BA from Southern Connecticut State and her JD from Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island. While in law school, Megan received the Feinstein Public Interest award and scholarship for her dedication and achievements in public service law.

  • Megan is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. Megan works and lives in Boston, Massachusetts. A nature lover and outdoor enthusiast, Megan spends her free time running, hiking, and skiing. When not "playing outside" Megan enjoys volunteering her time with organizations that provide support and care to disabled members of the community.
