Nathan has passionately and zealously represented clients in contested matters for over seven years. He brings a varied knowledge base having previously worked in the legal fields of probate litigation and estate planning, guardianship law, community association law, property insurance defense, bankruptcy, contract disputes, foreclosure, and general civil litigation.
- Nathan earned two Bachelors in Business Administration (Economics and Honors Management) from Texas Tech University in 2005. He pursued and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University School of Law in 2008.
- Nathan previously served as an intern for Congressman John Carter of Texas during the Fall of 2004 in Washington D.C. He also worked for JCPenney as an intern at its Corporate Headquarters in Plano, Texas.
- Nathan is admitted to practice law in Texas and Florida.
- In his free time, Nathan is active in the Denton County Bar Association. He is the current President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Association. He also enjoys playing tennis, softball, golf, and snow skiing. He can often be found walking his dog or riding bikes with his wife.
